Position: Sales Accounts and Business Development Director

Location: London

Salary: £36,000 per annum

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with senior staff to define the range of products and services for sale.

– Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies and the establishment of sales targets.

– Engage with clients to understand their requirements, conduct surveys, and analyze customer feedback on products, pricing, and packaging.

– Compile and evaluate sales data, create proposals for marketing campaigns, and conduct market research.

– Manage customer accounts and foster strong relationships.

– Lead recruitment and training efforts for junior sales personnel.

– Generate insightful reports and recommendations on sales and marketing strategies for senior management.

– Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ activities.

– Display proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Strong network and resources within the Chinese market.

– Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.

– Relevant professional background with a Master’s degree.

– Five or more years of hands-on experience in sales positions.

– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– A valid driving license.
